NeonWolf does not sell your data, does not show ads and does not track you across other apps or websites. We collect the minimum needed to run the website and answer your messages.

This website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: it does not use cookies or similar storage, does not create a profile of you and only gives us aggregated figures such as the number of visits, the pages viewed, the country and the type of device. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third parties.

Our games and apps

Your progress and settings are stored on your device. We do not require an account and we do not use advertising or tracking tools. If a game offers leaderboards through Apple Game Center, your nickname and scores are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and help you, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@theneonwolf.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page with a new date.
